So I am finally trying to give up the dreaded weed. No more nicotine... that means I am feeling like sh*t at the moment. *-$

Go walking in Cornwall and it's an up and down and up and down experience... Here it's Up, Up, Up, Up, Up (bleedin' mountains) ...then down, down... ok I think you have got the idea.... I went hiking on Sunday up (sorry) a mountain... the view was fantastic... unfortunately didn't get to the top, new hiking boots rubbed feet, and no tape to fix the problem... better luck next time!
