Running

Today I went and bought my first pair of shoes dedicated only to running since 1990, and they don't have a tick on the side, just an "N". Running around Vancouver is kinda fun, jus' got to dodge a few dogs and cats, and that's just the people ;-) Anyway, hopefully this is the start of the new, smoke free, lean, mean running machine.
